• Personal Financial Integrity & Global Tax Compliance: All participants must maintain clean, lawful personal financial habits—free from financial fraud, money laundering, illegal betting, or dubious schemes—and must comply with applicable statutory tax laws (e.g., TDS/GST in India; applicable local tax and AML regulations globally).

7. SOP STEP 6: DISCIPLINE, PUNCTUALITY, COMMITMENT, SECRECY & BRAND CUSTODIANSHIP

Every professional, investigator, volunteer, and ViERA creator acts as a global custodian of the reputation of FG Media and Safety Technologies Private Limited (Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India) .

7.1 Primary Duty: Brand Protection, Dressing, Approach & Communication

• Paramount Duty of Brand Protection: Securing, protecting, defending, and elevating the global brand value and institutional credibility of InViGiL and ViERA is the primary duty of every platform participant. Never misuse the InViGiL name, logo, verified badge, or platform authority for private disputes, unauthorized lobbying, or personal intimidation.
• Strict Adherence to Corporate & Brand Guidelines: All reports, expert opinions, ViERA profiles, press communications, and digital representations must strictly comply with the Company’s official Brand Identity Manual.
• Executive, Clinical & Field Dressing Standards: During all live video consultations, incident interventions, media briefings, field verifications, and across your ViERA Digital Clone’s visual representation , you must maintain impeccable, dignified professional attire appropriate to your calling (formal corporate/courtroom attire for Lawyers and Consultants; clinical/formal attire for Doctors; formal or safety-certified field gear for Engineers, Investigators, and Security Professionals).
• Diplomatic Approach & Executive Comportment: Every interaction with users, victims of incidents, institutional partners, public authorities, and peers must reflect calm command, empathy, objectivity, humility, and diplomatic poise.
• Communication Excellence: All written, verbal, and ViERA-generated communications must be factual, grammatically precise, culturally respectful, and completely free of profanity, defamation, or unverified speculation.

7.2 Discipline, Punctuality, Hard Work, Truth & Corporate Secrecy

• Genuine Hard Work & Diligence: Every assignment, incident response, and verification demands rigorous effort, primary-source checking, and genuine intellectual commitment. Superficial, negligent, or automated spam submissions are prohibited.
• Strict Punctuality & SLA Commitment: Punctuality across all global time zones is non-negotiable. Once you accept a live incident, consultation, or verification assignment, you must respond and deliver within the committed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
• 100% Truthfulness & Operational Transparency: You must maintain complete factual honesty in all credentials, field logs, evidence submissions, and user interactions, and remain 100% transparent with the InViGiL Governance Desk regarding how findings were obtained.
• Absolute Corporate & Investigative Secrecy (NDA): You shall maintain ironclad secrecy regarding all unpublished investigations, confidential user/client identities, whistleblower details, security/surveillance feeds, and the proprietary technical architectures of the InViGiL and ViERA applications.

8. SOP STEP 7: CODE OF PERSONAL MORALS, HABITS & SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

• High Moral Character & Ethical Living: All professionals and contributors on InViGiL must uphold honesty, civic responsibility, and moral rectitude in both their professional duties and personal conduct.
• Substance-Free Professional Duty: Cultivating healthy, disciplined personal habits is essential. Accepting incident calls, conducting field verifications, participating in broadcasts, or delivering professional services while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment & Moral Turpitude: Any act involving sexual harassment (strictly governed by the Prevention of Sexual Harassment [POSH] Act, 2013 and global safety statutes), cyberstalking, misuse of a user’s private contact information, discrimination, or moral turpitude will result in immediate expulsion and criminal prosecution.
• Exemplary Social & Digital Comportment: In public gatherings, professional forums, and across personal social media accounts, participants must maintain law-abiding, dignified behavior—refraining from hate speech, communal or racial incitement, political extremism, or public misconduct that could tarnish the impartiality and reputation of the InViGiL network.

9. SOP STEP 8: STANDARD COMPANY POLICY ON VIOLATIONS, ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL JURISDICTION

9.1 Standard Policy on Violations

It is an established, mandatory Standard Policy of FG Media and Safety Technologies Private Limited that any violation of this Master SOP—including breaches of professional or journalistic ethics, ViERA Digital Clone manipulation, technical security rules, financial integrity, punctuality, truthfulness, secrecy, brand protection guidelines, dressing/communication standards, or social, financial, and moral behavior—will amount to immediate and strict action by the Company .

9.2 Professional Indemnity & Exclusive Bengaluru Jurisdiction

• Personal Professional Liability & Indemnity: Every independent professional, investigator, contributor, and ViERA creator is solely responsible for the legal, technical, and professional accuracy of their services and Digital Clone outputs. Each participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless FG Media and Safety Technologies Private Limited from all third-party claims, malpractice suits, defamation claims, or regulatory penalties resulting from any breach of this SOP.
• Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction: This Master Global SOP and all professional, user, investigative, and commercial engagements on the InViGiL and ViERA platforms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, alongside applicable local professional compliance laws. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding involving the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India .

10. MANDATORY UNIVERSAL DIGITAL UNDERTAKING & OATH OF COMPLIANCE

(To be digitally accepted and cryptographically signed by every Lawyer, Doctor, Engineer, Law Enforcement/Security Specialist, Journalist, Reporter, Investigator, Consultant, Volunteer, and Earning User upon onboarding or activating a Personal ViERA Digital Clone on the InViGiL Platform)

• I pledge genuine hard work, strict punctuality, 100% operational and financial transparency, multi-source factual verification, and ironclad secrecy regarding all user data, investigations, and platform technologies.
• I shall never engage in bribery, paid news, paid manipulation of opinions, extortion, blackmail, off-platform cash solicitation, or evidence fabrication , and I shall uphold exemplary personal morals, substance-free service, formal professional dressing, respectful social behavior, and the protection of the InViGiL and FG Media Group brand value as my primary duty.
• I fully acknowledge and accept the Company’s Standard Policy that any violation of this SOP on my part will amount to immediate disciplinary, financial, regulatory, and legal action by FG Media and Safety Technologies Private Limited —including Credibility Score reduction, permanent deactivation of my InViGiL account and ViERA Digital Clone, reporting to my statutory licensing authority, and civil/criminal prosecution under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka State, India ."
