InViGiL Franchise Policy
This policy explains how an application for an InViGiL OS Local Corporate Office franchise works and how the information you give is handled. It is a plain-language summary for applicants; the Master Standard Operating Procedure (V4.0) and the Franchise Undertaking govern the operation of an approved office.
What you are applying for
InViGiL OS (InViGiL Operations and Services) Local Corporate Office is the physical, local help-centre network of the InViGiL–ViERA ecosystem. You can apply for one of three office types:
- Express Lounge / Ward Node (400–800 sq. ft., for airports, metro and high-footfall hubs): application fee ₹10,000.
- Taluk / Ward Local Corporate Office (1,200–2,000 sq. ft., with parking): application fee ₹25,000.
- City / District Head Office (3,000–6,000 sq. ft.): application fee ₹50,000.
State and National head offices are owned and operated by FG Media Group and are not offered to applicants.
How the application works
1. You confirm your mobile number with a one-time code (OTP).
2. You choose the office type and the town or area you propose.
3. You verify your identity with Aadhaar through DigiLocker. Your name, date of birth, gender and address are filled in from it.
4. You give your contact details and background.
5. You enter your PAN and photograph the card.
6. You describe the premises, drop a pin on the map, and upload proof of the premises and photos.
7. You review everything, accept the Franchise Undertaking, this policy and the Terms & Conditions, type your signature, and pay the application fee with Razorpay.
The application is submitted only when the payment succeeds. If a payment fails, your draft stays saved and you can try again.
Review and what happens next
After payment your application is under review. Our onboarding manager contacts you within 24 business hours. An administrator then approves the application, rejects it with a reason, or asks you for more information, and you are notified at each step. When an application is approved you receive a Franchise Code, and bank account details for payouts are collected after approval.
Documents and automatic checks
Photos you upload are checked automatically when you upload them, so you can fix a problem before you pay. The checks only confirm that a document is the right kind of document and is readable: a PAN card photo is checked to be a PAN card, proof of premises to be an ownership paper, rent agreement or utility bill, and premises photos to show a building or room. A photo that is blurry, cropped, a screenshot, or the wrong document is refused with a message and you can retake it.
Nothing is matched against government or other records. Your PAN is not verified against any government source. If a premises photo carries a location, it is compared with the pin you dropped, and the difference is shown to the administrator as a note; it does not by itself reject your application.
Your personal data
- Only the last four digits of your Aadhaar number are stored. The full number is never kept.
- Your PAN, Aadhaar details and uploaded documents are sensitive personal data. Uploaded images are stored privately, access is limited to authorised administrators, and the PAN is shown to administrators partly masked until they open it, which is recorded.
- Your information is used to review and administer your application and, if it is approved, your franchise.
- Details are kept for as long as needed for your application and franchise, and for legal and audit requirements.
Fees
The application fee is set by the office type and is charged once, through Razorpay. The amount is set by InViGiL, not by the app. Receipts are sent to you. Questions about a payment can be sent to the support team through the app.
