Global Content & Intellectual Property Policy

1. Introduction & Global Legal Applicability

This Global Content & Intellectual Property Policy (the "Policy") governs the submission, management, and utilization of content within the InViGiL Application, a proprietary platform owned and operated by FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). This Policy is established to provide a standardized framework for users worldwide, ensuring the integrity and safety of the platform environment.

While this Policy governs universal platform usage, FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD recognizes and respects the sovereignty of international legal jurisdictions. All applicable country laws, regional regulations, and local statutes where the user resides or accesses the application are fully respected and remain applicable. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and mandatory local laws, the more restrictive legal provision shall prevail to the extent required by law.

2. Content Ownership & Unrestricted Licensing Rights

The InViGiL Application serves as a dynamic conduit for information and media. By uploading, posting, submitting, or otherwise making available any content—including but not limited to images, videos, audio recordings, text, documents, metadata, and multimedia ("User Content")—the user explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following grant of rights:

The user grants FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates (collectively "FG MEDIA GROUP") a worldwide, unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content across all its publications, digital platforms, and media channels, now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world. This license permits the Company to utilize the content for any purpose, including commercial, promotional, or safety-related objectives, without further notice to or consent from the user.

3. No Monetary Obligations

The submission of User Content to the InViGiL Application is voluntary. The user acknowledges that the grant of rights detailed in Section 2 is provided in exchange for the use of the platform and the services provided by the Company.

FG MEDIA GROUP has no monetary obligations, royalties, or financial compensation owed to the user for utilizing, distributing, or publishing their content. Any payment or financial compensation, if any, will be purely at the absolute discretion of the FG MEDIA GROUP Management. The user waives any right to claim "fair compensation" or "usage fees" for content submitted through the application.

4. Content Filtering & Approval Protocols

To ensure the safety, accuracy, and professional standards of the platform, all submitted content is subject to rigorous quality control measures. FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD employs a multi-layered verification process:

• ViERA Technology: Automated filtering and analysis through ViERA technology to detect prohibited materials, technical inconsistencies, or security risks.
• Manual Review: Comprehensive oversight by specialized content moderators to verify contextual relevance and compliance with community standards.

Content must successfully pass these approval protocols before appearing on public feeds, home pages, or globally accessible sections of the InViGiL Application. Submission does not guarantee publication.

5. Prohibited Content (Fake News & Illegal Acts)

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward content that undermines platform integrity or public safety. The following categories of content are strictly prohibited:

• Misinformation: Any irrelevant, misleading, "fake news," or false information.
• Illegal Acts: Content depicting, encouraging, or facilitating illegal activities or violations of local and international law.
• Harmful Content: Material that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or incites violence.

Any such content identified by the system or moderation team will be summarily deleted. The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases involving illegal materials.

6. Enforcement, Restriction, & Account Deletion

FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the right to enforce this Policy to the fullest extent possible. Violations of these content standards will result in the immediate deletion of the offending content without notice.

In cases of severe violations, repeated non-compliance, or activities that threaten the operational security of the application, FG MEDIA AND SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or permanently delete the user's account. Such actions may be taken without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Company. Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations may be permanently barred from accessing the InViGiL ecosystem.
