Effective Date: October 29, 2026

Version: 6.0 (Global Enterprise & Citizen Defense Grade)

Governing Entities: FG Media and Safety Technologies Pvt. Ltd., InViGIL Inc., and associated international operations (collectively, "InViGIL," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our").

1. PREAMBLE & CORE PHILOSOPHY

1.1 Purpose & Vision

The InViGIL Ecosystem was founded on the sovereign principle that digital technology must elevate humanity, defend truth, and democratize justice. Through MUChat (our secure instant messaging, voice/video communication, and group/community infrastructure) and InViGIL Social Posts (our public and semi-public legal, social, and professional interactive feeds), we aim to cultivate the world’s most trusted, constructive, and legally sound digital community.

Our philosophy rests on three immutable pillars:

1. Mutual Growth & Organic Learning: Empowering advocates, legal scholars, forensic experts, corporate leaders, and citizens to collaborate, share verified knowledge, and elevate collective legal literacy.

2. Societal Harmony & Ethical Conduct: Fostering a respectful, civil, and inclusive environment free from harassment, synthetic deceit, extortion, or digital hostility.

3. Forensic Integrity & Truth: Maintaining unyielding standards of truthfulness, accountability, and cryptographic authenticity across all shared communications and content.

1.2 Binding Legal Agreement

By accessing, installing, creating an account on, or interacting with MUChat or InViGIL Social Posts, you ("User," "You," or "Your") unconditionally agree to adhere to these Community Guidelines ("Guidelines"), our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. These Guidelines constitute a legally binding agreement designed to protect the InViGIL platform, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, engineering teams, and global user base.

---

2. JURISDICTIONAL & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK

InViGIL operates as an augmented legal and forensic platform. To maintain compliance across global legal systems, these Guidelines align explicitly with:

8.2 Law Enforcement Cooperation & BSA 63 Forensic Reporting

When severe criminal activity (e.g., terrorism, CSAM, deepfake extortion, cyber warfare) is detected:

* InViGIL locks relevant metadata, satellite timestamps, and SHA-256 custody hashes inside hardware Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).

* InViGIL prepares certified evidence exports under Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam Sec 63 / FRE Rule 902(14) for law enforcement and judicial authorities upon receipt of valid legal process (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, or statutory notices).

If you believe your content or account was actioned in error:

* Submit an appeal within 30 days via the InViGIL Legal Resolution Portal (`appeals@invigil.com` or in-app Appeals Console).
